The service is quick ... customer service was excellent

Once again, overnight delivery failed!

Very, very slow. Package mailed on January 13, 2020. However, today is January 23, 2020, and there is no status update since January 15, 2020.

We were to receive a printer today which we badly needed. The Tacking said the package was attempted at 9:30. We were at home. No doorbell was pushed. We have a ring camera at both doors no one came to the door. The tracking said it was too large. Put it was not restricted by Amazon to ge left at the door I tried to call the animated service could not understand my house address the wait time is 40 minutes to talk with a person. Your service is below ridiculous

I ordered 2 tires it says deleivered on my tracking info but I have not received my tires highly dissatisfied

My package was taken to the wrong post office taken to the wrong address and then just lost I can't even track it where do you all take responsibility

Of the last three packages that I’ve ordered they’ve all been lost including the one I’m waiting on now which was supposed of been delivered on 16 January it is still not at my home and all I get in the tracking number is that it’s in transit to the next facility it doesn’t tell me where it is

Tracked my package from Pittsburgh to kent Washington back to New Jersey its supposed to go to Alaska??

I mailed a small package from Patoka IL to Murray KY on 1-13-2020 and it still has not yet arrived in Murray KY. To day is 1-22-2020! The package did however go to Missouri, Kansas, Iowa ,& Indiana. I could have walked it to Murrray KY and back buy know!

I love the speed and accuracy of package delivery through USPS.

At times u get the wrong information. And the mailman leaves the package out on the floor in the mailroom anyone can take it they should be able to bring the packages to your apartment in a 11th floor high-rise complex.
