Notification on 1/8/2020 certified mail returning to me. Today January 20 and still at Regional Facilities. Mail travels less than 20 miles. Took 7 days from Conway to LR. 3 days from 1 facility to another in LR AND STILL hasn't arrived. Very disappointing. 14 days and nothing!

Mailed a package on Jan. 16th to Virginia with the promise it would be delivered within 5 days. 12 days later it still hasn't arrived and the tracking number isn't valid even though it was insured. From here on I'll ship via UPS !

Extremely Helpful & Accurate...

My son sent a package from Fairview,Ok on the 26 the of Dec.,. It is now Jan 20 and still not here. Bounced from TX to Oklahoma, 3 time! I sent him a package, 10 days prior to the 26- for 7 day delivery from Wis and he got it in5 days! ....this just doesn't add up!!!!

This is not a decent delivery company, my package did not arrive the time said on the amazon tracker.

To slow getting from the East to the Midwest. Two weeks and sometimes longer is ridiculous and unreasonable time in transit. It that's not bad enough packages often arrive damaged, but then that's to be expected considering all the time it's being bounced around the country and even temporarily lost at times during it's journey to its destination.

Waiting since Thursday for a 3 day package..Today is Monday, 1/20/20..The package was shipped from Illinois on 1/13/20..Inexcusable..The woman who shipped it to me needs a full refund, which, I will work to get for her..

Never deliver always have to drive all tha way across town to post office..after paying it to be shipped to my house VERY ANNOYING

I mailed my package with the post office on 1/7/20 and it never got to the destination. I verified with the post office but after tracking the package it seems it has been all over the place except the noted address on the package. Very upset as I paid over $15 for ground delivery of a small package. I deserve a refund of the delivery cost and the contents of the package. What is your problem?

I just want to know if my certified mail has been recieved my Internal Revenue Service?

So when I track a package that has been processed thru New York it just stays there for over 5 days doing what??? No more updates?

Was guaranteed delivery on the 17th. Here is is the 20th and still has not been delivered.

As soon as the package leaves US it’s vanished in thin air (the tracking) and just a pure waiting game until it arrives, which is usually weeks
