I cld today and tried to tt an agent and recording said "closed for the holidays" its not a holiday. Need an agent. Probably choose ups next time!!!so upset. No wonder usps rates so high yur going out of business!!!!!!!

Very easy and quick.

It has been 10 days and still hasn’t arrived! Only supposed to take 5 days!

Always slow. This was two (2) day deliver shipped on Thursday should have been received Saturday won’t get it til Tuesday afternoon because of the holidays. Our company won’t USPS in the future because of this poor nonprofessional government service mentality.

Way better tracking and service than fedex

I send a certified letter a week ago, still has not been delivered. I should of just put a stamp on it and it would od delivered sooner.

Sent package back to sender January 10 th and as of January 20th package is still sitting i your distribution center in Raleigh NC

The USPS is a fantastic place to get so many things done in a very short time frame. I find the service to be excellent in most cases. The service staff is friendly, courteous, professional and efficient.

The mail service is the worst around my parents sent a box to me an it's all ready a week late I think my parents should get there 35 dollars back it's really bad they cant even tell me were it's at after a week late

I didn’t receive 2 packages on 2 different occasions. I’ve had a new mail lady and it’s a coincidence that my packages are missing between a 5 day time frame. Marked it delivered as she delivered something else and not the item that I’m referring to. Bensalem post office I am highly upset about this!

Express priority mail was dropped off at Carrollwood USPS poet office for delivery. Package as of 8:05 pm is still in the same post office here in Tampa Fl. It is already over 36 and a half hour sitting in one place. So much for the word EXPRESS MAIL.

Post office distribution in Denver had my package early on Friday morning as per there website. They also had another package that they received around noon, both were to be delivered on Saturday but they never bothered to send one of them so now it will probably not be delivered until Tuesday. Very poor service from the distributor department in Denver I don’t think they can even read. And they wonder why the postal service is loosing money!!!!

Pack going on 3 days late and NO update on tracking.
