They cram in box at front of trailer park even if to big instead of putting on my deck. When I said something to mail lady she informed me she would not she will just put a notice in my mailbox. Tell me what if u don't have a car? RUDE

Things always get lost, it’s never on time... sometimes it’s damaged. If I have an option to use another service I definitely use that other service!

Scheduled redelivery for yesterday. Spent whole day waiting. Nobody showed up, nobody called, no online update available. Redelivery was confirmed, but now I don't know where is my parcel. Very bad

Disappointed. Was supposed to be delivered Saturday. No mail Monday so package will be delayed until Tuesday.

Slow and no updates

My post office is usually busy but many of the tellers are very friendly and I usually have a good experience

Priority means PRIORITY to everyone else too besides the post office. When I ship something on Monday Priority and it's not there BEFORE the end of the week .??? You FAILED!!!!!!!

My package has been sitting in Saint Paul, MN for the last 10 days! It came from California and I live in Florida?!?!

Mailed my priority envelope on Dec 13..has not reached destination yet. Tracked it til Dec 20, stated was in transit to Destination from Faison NC to Bumpass, VA. Still not delivered. I am very frustrated with this. Should have been delivered on Dec 15.....my tracking #9114901496450466932526. Please locate this for me and let me know what is going on..tired of waiting..was supposed to be for Christmas!! Sorry, my rating not good at all!!

Paid for priority package. Package comes to Florida goes back to Tennessee and then back to Florida. Takes 7 days.

I send a package on 1-10-2020 and still in transit ,I don't any reason for that. Something is wrong o they loose the package Need my watch delivery toto get my replacement back. Poor service and professionalism
