As usual the delivery was on time and not damaged. And this time the lady at the counter was very pleasant throughout the transaction. Without wasting time.

Mailed a package Dec 9 2019 it is now Jan 19 it is still in transit. Souch for ??Christmas cookies

Things are NEVER delivered properly. People use the postal service to send to me. I DO NOT use it. They are not reliable.

I was under the impression that what I mailed would be delivered. Now it says waiting for pickup - I was definitely mislead, but perhaps the postal clerk, (like me), doesn't have a clue!!

Poor tracking info 4 days without up date

This has been a freaking joke. Sent 2 packages to my mother over week ago. Was told it be delivered on tuesday. Checked tracking (have snap shoot to verify) and it said it was running late but would be delivered around 8pm tuesday night. Well it never came. Next dsy it said in transit. Called and talked to a lady then her superviser and got NO where. It is now saturday and still not delivered. If its not gonna be delivered on date being told and whats on paper. DO NOT tell us or print it. I could have walked and delivered it faster. So I give you not evev a speck of a star

Package was supposed to arrive yesterday and it has arrived at it's destination today.. the last day of tracking was Thurs no where near where it's supposed to be!

This 2nd time in 4 months Usps has lost my package very upset customer

Typically late 50% of the time, by 2-3 business days. 5% of shipments are lost altogether.

Last update was 3 days ago still in town shipped. But msg said it was arriving on time. Which was yesterday. No package.

DOES NOT GIVE FULL TRACKING DETAILS.

My ground packages are never on or near the estimated delivery date. Terrible service. Shame on you guys. Lead by example.
