Package was supposed to be at destination on Wednesday. It’s Saturday and is not there yet. Not very happy.

Good choice, my granddaughter always get the package because of a requirement for a signature.

Would give a zero but couldn't. Many first class items sit in the originating office for (Valparaiso, In) for 3 or 4 days until they start to move. Now we have a new record, 5 days and no originating scan.

When a package is being delivered to this apartment the address on package is for our apartment building not the front office. The office has its own separate address, each apartment has its own address mine 6730 apt number 30-307 This needs to be addressed due to lack of management at apartments. They will not hold packages that have been miss directed.

Important documents shipped on January 2nd took 15 days to deliver the mail. Can't depend on USPS.

Why do we need to enter a 22 digit number just to track a package. That is a waste of MY time. Also, if I enter the number on certain tracking sites, I cannot get an email status report. More waste of MY TIME.

Absolutely ridiculous that a package left West Dundee Illinois on Wednesday 1/8 at 10:26am and only hit to Carol Stream Illinois by Monday morning I could have drove to carol stream in one hour. Now it still has not arrived st destination in California on Friday the 17th. At distribution center in San Francisco. Come on. I will use UPS next time.

My order took so long to get deliver

This is the second time y'all have misplaced my packages

It took 2 weeks for package to go from Gallatin, TN to Nashville, TN (approximately 30 miles). I wonder how much longer it will take to reach Indianapolis. You wonder why people use FedEx and UPS ????

Update said package in Tennessee. @45 minutes later package arrived as far north in Indiana that it could get without being in Michigan. What's going on?

Sent 2 day express still has not arrived at desention tracking won't tell me where package is

US Post office, is very dependable. I have never had a problem with a delivery. Receiving mail is another issue.
