Friendly services and on time delivery

I mailed a package and it's been bouncing from grand Junction to denver. Mailed from Nucla co. And they still have not got my package to destination it was suppose to be flagged but still not cought in the shuffle. I want my package found

Great service and friendly people.

I paid priority 2-3 day, my package didn’t arrived 9 days later, would like a refund.

Was told a package would arrive at a certain date, package has not arrived yet, went back to post office to check on it and was then told it could be 4 to 6 weeks. This package is going to my husband where he is working and he may not even be at the address in 4 to 6 weeks. Communication could have been better.

I paid extra for delivery for yesterday. Still in transient.

Worse service USPS I have EVER experienced in my entire life. Unbelievably incompetent. So disappointed - no wonder business is suffering. Rating is 1

This tells me nothing !!! It’s been over a Month

I love USPS it's reliable. It's timely. The mail person comes at the same time everyday. So you know when it's being delivered.

I am very disappointed with usps they did not show the first day then claimed they did! Now I can’t track where the package is! This is very unprofessional!

I have been waiting g on a package since November now I understand it takes some time but this is January the 17th. And no one can tell me where it is or has been just that it's in transit. It has a tracking number so why can you not show or tell me where it has been or is at this point!!!!!! It is absolutely disgusting how they get away with losing people's belongings and not being held accountable.
