My package was suppose to be here on the 15th.I tracted it was in hickory in the early am but,yet was not delivered.First showed missent and now shows delayed.

I shipped a priority package Christmas time. My sister in-law did not get her package and to get some answers I didn’t get anywhere about the missing Christmas gift. I’m not a happy customer that I didn’t get any help from the post office. Very sad that my sister in-law didn’t get her gift. That’s a lot of bologna about $50.00 insurance.

Said that package will be received in 3 days and still is in customs.if not going forward return the package.frustrating

Takes 1-2 days longer than any other method of shipment. I hate seeing that a seller shipped USPS as most things I order from e commerce are for customers who are already waiting on me.

0, no star rating. Package was suppose to deliver on 1/12, still hasn't been received yet.

Seems that things are held at the distribution center for a ridiculously long time. Delivery date is always pushed to the last day of the time limit. Not impressive.

It isn’t clear how you can have a unique tracking number and then have no idea where the package is sitting!

USPS updates tracking info regularly. This website is easy to navigate and read

Your service is really bad...i have no tracking anything from USPS...fedx is great you are very very very poor
