Was told 7 days and it’s been 10 days and still have not received my package.

Have had several false 'delivery attempts' and wasted time on the customer service line. No wonder the postal.service is going the way of the dodos.

They told me that this package would make it there from Tuesday to Thursday and it’s the next Tuesday and it’s still not there.

Tracking packages are not as easy as UPS

My mail is always missing and I'm always getting random peoples mail I end up having to deliver it myself to the neighbor one street over.

Never showed up. Is a week late

I normally HATE going to the post office but I love the location off of Stonebrook. They have the best customer service, could compete with Chick-fil-A, and the nicest people. They’re so helpful and have the best attitudes. I never thought mailing a package would be such a pleasant experience. Thank you for your service, Frisco Post office!!

The receipt paper and ink that your tracking number is on doesn’t hold up well. At all

My package that was just hours away from being delivered and someone at the processing center put it nearly a week behind because they sent it the opposite direction several states away!

Was sent on 01/03/2020. Still has not arrived.

Santa Rosa Beach Fl. Post office changed the zip code for a package from 48911 to 48917 based on address of 3403 wainwright ave Lansing Mi. I told them they were wrong and they showed on the terminal that it showed 48917 for that address I told them their system is wrong and they said it was up to date. They are wrong and I am concerned they will return the package.

I like that I’m able to track anything, from a different website that’s not working but I have my tracking number so it’s nice to have this. It may not always be as detailed as I would like but it’s very handy and nice to have!
