It was better when you could track a package and watch it travel.

Isend a paper work and paying for it to take 6 to 10 days ,right now take more than18 days and not delivered ,

My mother sent me a package it was suppose to arrive 7 days later an it's now been 9 days an still didnt receive yet an I think my mother should get her $35.00 back

Worst postal delivery person. They don't deliver to door anymore. I had medicine and they put it in a lockbox and with me being handicap, it makes it hard to get to the box. The package says deliver to the front door; handicap.

My package sat in a facility for 7 days and still hasnt left yet. I want my shipping returned

Never arrive when tracking says,or tracking says it's in processing and shows up. Why have a tracking number if no one is updating it

This is terrible service . Next time ups . Mail it from the post office priority mail , should have been delivered yesterday , and it looks like not to day either. The post office is so slow. I paid extra for the service and it’s going to be late. Pony Express would have been better. You raise the price oFenf stamps and the service gets worse. Next time UPS or Fed Express .

A package was sent it on January 6 arrived on January 9 were was supposed on 6 , nobody was at home so they returned back to the sender same day to the sender and package still on his way after 5 days. They even attempt second time. Horrible service!!!

I love USPS! My mail Carrier, Todd Clevinger of the Elkhorn City Kentucky office goes above and beyond for everyone He delivers to! He deserves an award for all His hard work! Because of Him My family always uses USPS because We know our packages and mail is in excellent hands.
