Always late even when priority

Unable to contact and package not delivered. Need phone number to talk to someone. URGENT!

More than 2-3 times in the last year a package (s) that went to Hammonton, nj post office they have either lost or stolen the package contents. transferred out of Hammonton, packages

I get my package every time and on time with USPS the worst one for me is UPS never get it on time with them

I sent a package on Dec 5th and my receipt said it will be delivered around Dec 9th. they did not receive it till Dec 27th. That’s an extra 3 weeks! What was the problem?

My postal mail person, Cheryl, is the best mail person. I am a handicap person and she has led mr through the process of getting my mail at my door. Recently, she was able to get me stamps and brought them right to my door. She gives the best msil experience possible. Thank you, Cheryl!

Love the service I received at the post office. Very friendly environment. And my mail carrier is the best friendly. My mail always arrived on time as stated on my receipts.

Frustrated,no wonder people don't use USPS as much.. I don't know how many packages I have sent, paying extra money for priority and the mail rarely gets to destination in 2 days. There have been times where it has taken 5 days and once I even had a box broken into and most of contents went missing... Think I am done with USPS..

Tacking a package is useless with the post office. What does 'on way to next facility mean'? There's no information in that statement. How about naming the facility, city, and state... that might be useful.

The package hasn't moved since the 31st. All the tracking tells me it is moving to next facility. Very disappointed.
