Your service is Horrible. You say that you deliver packages when you really don't. This happens more times than not. Will you really screwed me today because I really needed what was the post till the on my front porch. Unless you and that a delivery is invisible you were never here. Where did it go this time. No wonder the postal service is failing.

I've been waiting for a large item That was the post to come today. I have been tracking it all day and it just said it was delivered on my front porch. Well it was not. I don't even wanna give the postal service one star. This is not the 1st time this has happened!

Chicago heights il has the worse post office I ever seen late mail lost mail open mail mail delivered to wrong address and the customer service is worse the manager is lazy never calls back

Sent parcel 12/13/19 from Clearwater FL. To Ghana Africa last place it was see was Frankfort Germany left 12/23/19 going to Ghana ???? Nobody seems to know where it's at

I would like to know how my package arrived in Dallas Friday morning and there are no updates. It should have shipped from that location Friday evening or Saturday sometime. Tracking still shows it in Dallas. This could easily be updated with a scan and updated automatically. Just a suggestion. Thanks for what y’all do.

Ordered my package on dec 2nd havent received it yet. Jan.5th

Regularly order items from the United States to Canada and my only issue is the lack of tracking updates. Never been damaged or misplaced but, I’d like to know where my products are

They said that my package was delivered and it was not I called customer service they say it's going to be delivered the next day which it still is not they need to get it together

I had a package out for delivery on 1/2/2020. My husband and I both work from home so we were home on this particular day and I was awaiting my package. I received an alert that said "Delivery Exception. Animal I reference." While I own dogs, they were all inside so there was absolutely no interference from my animals, but considering the laziness we often see from them they probably decided to use it as an excuse to not deliver to my home. My issue is with the fact that there was no additional follow up advising me on how to proceed. I don't know whether they're going to make another attempt or whether I should go to the branch. This is completely unacceptable, and at the same time - not surprising!

My friend has not received his care package I sent to him and his friends in the army. Suppose to be 7 to 10 days haven't go it yet.
