I love usps very reliable always on time.

I sent a package on October 12 to Sweden, 3 months later came back to my house, it never left the States, came back with no notes or any sticker with any kind of explanation

Have had great service with package sending and deliveries . Mail delivery was a recent disappointment with card was opened and gift cards removed / and the envelope was delivered torn . No message or notation of damage .

Getting a message stating that package is in transit from one facility to another is absurd and of absolutely no help whatsoever! I want to know the estimated delivery date. Also, how can USPS think that stating "package is in transit from one location to another" is in any way helping? They should at least tell you what state the next location is in, or else how can this even be called "tracking"!!

Very disappointed if the handling of my mail! Postal CSR informed me that my letter would arrive to the location by Tuesday, December 31st. Today is Friday and if not delivered today I inherit a $60 late charge.

I can't really track my package. When I enter the number, it says my package arrived in South Amboy and left the same day, so where is it today? How far did it get and why can't I track it?? Doesn't do me any good, at the moment. I'd like to know how far it got.

Never gets anything to you by the eta.

My delivery is in Moscow airport for 1.5 month! I guess it's been lost...

I've been waiting on a package since the middle of December and it's been waiting in Tennessee for a shipping label for over 2 weeks. This is ridiculous.

I used Priority 2-day mailing for an envelope that went out 12/17/2019. As of 01/02/2020, it has NOT yet arrived. So my son's girlfriend received no Christmas gift from me. The post office has been ZERO help. Next time I'll use FedEx or UPS.

I mailed my brother a package on 23 of December and the guy talked me into airmail and said he'll get it that Friday and he yet to receive it as of today. I paid 30.00 to have it airmail for nothing. I not use the post office again.

I found the package to my phone and this number 16 and now January 3 if you still have not received it.
