They cant keep up with the tracking of a christmas package, the last known tracking was in November.

Always very long shipping time

If it comes through the mail it seems you have a 50/50 chance to receive

USPS is a joke of the shipping business. My 2 day shipping is 6 days now and still counting. Other packages have come in damaged and soaking wet. Insurance is a joke takes 3-6 months to collect if you have the proof to convince them.

Doesn't keep update of my tracking number

Would give you a zero if I could. Post office had my package for 2 days before they attempted ( so it says ) then it tells me available for pick up. I went to the post office to pick it up on 12/31 from Migen Rd in columbus, Ga. I understand they were busy, but I waited in line for over 30 minutes just for the lady at the desk to tell me she was too busy to go to the back to retrieve my package and to come back later, "but don't come with an attitude". I never had an attitude to begin with, I was being very nice about the whole situation. They is not good customer service, her name was Linda. I will not use usps again if possible.

Don't know if I'm supposed to be doing text or this way makes no sense and charges makes no sense under texting somebody needs to change policies shouldn't have to pay charges find out where your package is

After a man cut in front of me 2 times .... I stood waiting my turn and clerk number 12 kindly smiled and thanked me for my patience ....I approached with my package all set and ready to go he commented on that as well. I give a lot of credit to your employee for having professionalism to treat me nicely after the man was so rude . Kudos to Flagler beach clerk number 12 (J) .

Twice this holiday season my orders never got go me. I can see they are last entered at a location and then never finish being actually delivered to my door. Call the post office and they claim they don't have it!! So frustrating!!

I mailed a priority express envelope on 12.28.19 from Dillywn Va. It was supposed to arrive in Norton Va. 24273 ,798 Park Ave. NW ,Logisticare Claims Department.It is still at the post office in Norton Va.awaiting delivery scann.Whats up ?

always consistant. rain,sleet,snow,& hail.. always... there is the mail.
