It is really a disappointment. Product was shipped on 12/7 and as of 1/2 they still haven’t logged one entry for my tracking number and the web page is tells me nothing.

USPS is terrible in my area...I use Amazon a lot I called Amazon and had them put USPS on don't use list for my Prime account. They never make the 2 day shipping usually 3-5 days or more. It may just be my area. Newburgh NY 12550. I had a Great postman that just retired. But USPS it appears to me doesn't train there people well or there is a huge management disconnect or managers that shouldn't be in management.

I mailed a package from Lansing Mi to Chicago IL paying $42.25 for overnight delivery. It got as far as the Chicago Distribution Center but not to its final destination. There is a money back guarantee so I am hoping there is no problem in getting my $42.25 returned to me. Ordinarily I have no issues with USPS but this time I had to rate just 1 star.

I paid extra and since it took 18 days now I don't know how I will be penalized. I should have drove there myself. Lesson learned...

Stinks. All it says it in route, nowhere does it say where, expected delivery or anything, this was an envelop insured, cost over $28 to send, been on it's way for 9 days, priority mail, still not there

I dropped my package off to be delivered on December 23rd and it is now almost January 1st in my mother has not received her package as of today
