I mailed a package a week ago and it is only being transported between 2 locations. It hasn’t left Houston area in over a week!! How hard is it for a package to be sent to another state? It’s getting ridiculous to send or receive anything!! Please get my package to the address marked on the front of the package. We pay a pretty penny for something to be sent, it would be nice for them to get it within the time frame it’s supposed to. Thanks

I paid for next day. It arrived on time, but I also paid for a noted signature. Why can't I see that? No updates what so ever. My suggestion, don't pay for the extra shit. You never get what you paid for.

For a package to be only 3 & 1/2 hours away, it's taking way to long to get here, I was told it should take 2 days, it's been 4 days now

I paid for overnight on Wednesday and it still has been delivered to the person yet! No updates at all

Paid for 3 day shipping. Was supposed to be today 2/9/24 by 9:00PM. I understand sometimes there are delays… but update the status. Still is in ‘Accepted’ status in the location I dropped it off on 2/6/24. I am assuming it’s still there cuz NO UPDATE??????

Why can’t they go back to the way that worked?

The services in Old State House Post office is very, very poor.Hartford,Connecticut. After several complaints they promise to improve. We will see if they improve. Many years ago the Postal Service was great.

I requested express delivery and the lady in the office said it would get there by 6pm the next day. It got there even quicker than she said.
