Why is the USPS So Bad? I have noticed that some of the workers are OK? BUT Most of them just don't care and that is a shame because they do after all make a pretty good salary!

My local postal office workers and their service in Phelan are Bad ! I believe that others would agree with that statement.

You pay for three day delivery and six days later it’s still in transit.

Terrible service, my box arrived open, I was missing things and the insurance was paid, are they going to return your things?

I had a package that was attempted delivered yesterday I'm unable to locate it at all today have no idea what's going on

This is the worse service. Certified mail on January 29th and still sitting in Greensboro. What is going on? This is crazy.

Unacceptable!! Paid for overnight/next day delivery and package not delivered two days after (morning)!!

Paid for priority mail on 2.2.24, was supposed to be delivered on 2.5.24. Package still sitting in post office. Hasn't even left the state yet. Why the he'll did I even pay for priority!?

Paid $9.50 for package to ship from Illinois to Wisconsin. Sent Feb 1 with expected arrival of Feb 3. Package has been sitting in Austin Tx. Don’t understand why it’s there when it was only a two hour drive from drop off location to delivery location.

They updated the package to pet interference but I watched him on my ring camera and he never even knocked on my door and I have 2 very small dogs inside of my home that he wouldn't have ever seen. This is so frustrating because there's no one to call about this.

The USPS works they are amazing! I sent a package to Doha Qatar by priority mail and package was delivered in less than 5 yes five days! USPS was my last option as it was affordable, they never disappointed and I will use USPS again. Great service and good customer service, package arrived safely, undamaged and nothing was stolen. I am pleased beyond words on the USPS effectiveness and efficiency.

Amazing service! I sent a package to Doha Qatar by United States postal service as it offered the lowest rate on a priority mail. The package arrived within 2 days of leaving the USA and within 2 days of arriving in Doha the package was delivered to my family member! Amazing professional service was offered by our own USA postal service. I will definitely use the United States postal service again, they were affordable professional efficient and on time plus the package was never stolen or damaged. I have a very happy family member in Doha because USPS delivered.
