Was suppose get my package on the 26 or 27 here it is the 30th and nothing and I ordered on the 16th

Mailed package 12/14, told 6 to 10 days delivery to UK, pd $52.60 as of 12/29, 15 days later, still no package delivery. It took 10 days just to arrive in Chicago! Thanks USPS.

I rather use USPS for any delivery's because of the professional process and being able to track every location mail goes through.

USPS has to do better with delivery service to the USVI

They said that my package was delivered in my mailbox that only I have a key to. It has still not been delivered and it has been almost a week since they said it was delivered. They said they are going to do an investigation but they have not found anything. This was a very important package I spent $40+ dollars on and I find it unacceptable that they would lie about delivering a package. I am very upset and will continue to pursue usps until my package is found.

I mailed the Christmas package that had to go 904 miles to Wyoming from my home on the 12th of December it is now the 28th of December and the last it was tracked was in Denver on the 22nd. My family didn't get their Christmas presents. Needless to say I'm a little ticked

Too slow , too much wait in line

I have been awaiting for a package that needs my signature for three days. This is insane. How do you stay in business? It is unreasonable to have to stay home waiting on a package to arrive. You have to stay and wait because this company does not have yhe decency to provide sufficient updates. Shameful! The only reason you earned the one star, is because there is no option to give you what you truly deserve.....and that would be ZERO stars.

My package from Amazon was due to arrive yesterday. I live in Live Oak, California and I checked the tracking number just now, my package was in Live Oak yesterday, shipped to Maryville, and then back to Live Oak, and now in Sacramento (an hour away). What on Earth is going on? Don't people check addresses anymore.

They claim that there is no secure location to drop off packages but they last 3 times they have not knocked or left a tag for our packages....our normal guy is awesome but if you have a sub indon't expect to get your mail correctly

Waiting on PKG that was supposed to be delivered Friday the 27th. Didn't arrive so I checked tracking number. They said they made attempt on 22nd and holding at hub. Would of been nice to know this. Nothing was left here saying they made an attempt. I'm guessing a fill in driver. Regular driver doesn't operate this way and would of left a notice on door

I cringe every time I see that one of my packages have been handed off to USPS for final delivery. A package ordered on Amazon Prime was scheduled for delivery to an OH address on 12/28. Tracking showed it out for delivery that morning. Later in the day it showed a delay. On 12/29, it shows leaving PA!!! Why did a package for an address in OH that was marked for delivery one day show being in an entirely different state the next day???

My mailbox was broken into and you company put a lock box key still in my broken mailbox which ended up getting stolen, instead of bring it to my doorstep very unprofessional!

Lost track of my package on 26 Dec nothing after that

I love packagew being shiped through usps. They take good care of the products I receive, but FedEx and other competitors ive had issues with broke items and failed to deliver on time.Usps has always gotten my package too me or where it needs to be on time or sooner. Thank you USPS workers your job isnt easy especially this time of year and its much appreciated.
