My package was sent to a wrong distribution center causing a delay in delivery.

How would you rate a package leaving OCALA ,FLORIDA on DEC13th and still waiting. DEC 30th ?????? for the package to come to Martinsburg ,W.V ?????

I aid an additional 20 to revive package in 3 to 5 days on Dec 11 2019 and here it is Dec 28th and not only do I not have my package when I try the tracking it gives me same bogus anwser that it's gave me since it started 17 days ago and no one can tell me any more . I'm out 160.00 and get nothing but a run around.

My damn package is still not delivered!!! Next time I use fed ex!

I sent an item to my daughter who is deployed. The pkg was sent on NOVEMBER 30, 2019. I have attempted to verify where this package is and the last item on the tracking was 12-2-2019-pkg was in Chicago at distribution center. UNACCEPTABLE!! Where is this package??? Please respond ASAP

I ordered some wireless earbuds from Amazon, and the site said it was delivered at my front porch. Needless to say, it wasn't and the site said it was. I guess I will be calling somebody to trace them down, or I'll get a refund or something.

Horrible tracking info

Package took 2 weeks just to leave the US. That is a lot of time.

I ordered a package on December 13th. you posted that a shipping label was created on December 14th. no other tracking information was ever updated and I never received my package. I have no idea what happened if it went to the wrong address if it was ever even picked up now im having to go through and cancel it and try to get a refund. PLEASE GET IT TOGETHER THIS WAS SUPPOSED TO BE FOR A CHRISTMAS PRESENT. Obviously I'm not happy.

I am very disappointed with the way they delivered my packages they're over two days late I paid for him to be delivered on the 27th not only that when they finally got it there my daughter said they left it out in the pouring rain the box was soaked lucky weed nothing was ruined inside very poor professionalism very bad not only that I had another package delivered with the big one separately that went to a completely different post office and still isn't there I am writing a formal complaint at my post office here in Monument Colorado about the way you handled these packages bet you wouldn't like it if they were yours I will never deliver through the post office again no thanks Randy Casper Monument Colorado

USPS has is reliable and works hard to please its customers.

Lost my package and told because I didn’t get priority international there is nothing they can do. Sounds like a scam

They do a great job. They handle huge volumes every day.

Package was scheduled to arrive on the 12/27/2019 . However when tracked it says item was delivered on the 12/26/2019 @ 7:10 am but never received ... Package coming from CT to Springfield Gardens NY..been on hold 48 mins now!!! Waiting to see what's next
