Good luck collecting $50 on lost Priority package!!

Mailed a Christmas package for my kids in PR on time in Dec 12 suppose to they received in dec 21st and still is in transit we don't know where. Now my kids dont get a Christmas gift thanks for this delayed services.

Horrible service. Driver didn’t even ring the bell or knock on my door before putting note and drove away. Even tried to flag him down but completely ignored and drove off. I saw the driver commit the wrong doing and look like he was embarrassed before driving away.

Mailed package from NJ to Clearwater, Florida on the Dec.14th. It took 7 days to go from Jacksonville to Ybor City. It's the 26th and still not at final destination in Clearwater. UGH!!!

I am very upset I paid for a two day delivery to a customer and it’s the day after Christmas and she hasn’t received it yet. These were Christmas gifts for her family. Which really makes my business look bad. I am so disappointed in USPS.

Very slow service

My package was mailed on Dec. 14th from Fl and to be delivered on Fri the 19th of Dec in NJ. It is now Thurs Dec 26th and no package. The tracking keeps saying it is on it's way to next facility. My other packages were all delivered sooner with one box just thrown on porch. When I opened the box and gave the gifts out, the $25.00 crackling candle was broken. Everything was packed correctly and with bubble wrap. This upset me very much.

I've been waiting on a package since the 21st of December. My package never got delivered. I called to the Largo Maryland office was talked to rudely several times. I've given my tracking # but no one can find my package. I think someone from the USPS have took my package. Nobody calls back as they say they would.When asking about the package the employees get very defensive & rude. I'm a client whose holidays were ruining for my family & I who flew in from out of time. My package said it was here Saturday 12/21/19 today is 12/26/19 & no one still dont know anything! Mailed four packages which were to be delivered out of state to different states and all were to arrive to their destinations by the 19th. Three arrived on time and the 4th is still in transit and it is now the 26th. Some family members have left to return home, now the gifts will have to be sent to them. I hate to complain, but they were mailed in plenty of time.

I realize it's the holiday season, but when I am told that during this time of year delivery of packages is a daily thing, even though the post office may be closed. I paid for priority shipping, 2-3 days. It took 6 days. I paid for 2-3. If the packages can't be made on time, a refund or credit should be given.

Sucks cant find package wont let me email terrible....

10 days to deliver a package from New York To outside Philadelphia and still not delivered is disgustingly bad service when the package sat in the post office for over 24 hours.

Your service is ok

Many of my mail items have been lost getting to me from known senders. I receive many pieces of mail that are not even mine and have addresses of people within a 2 mile radius of me. This is unacceptable. When the postal service was reliable, I would send all my packages thru them but now I have begun shipping thru UPS and FedEx.
