Wish I hadn't paid extra to get it to MI on Monday since it's Christmas night and still sitting somewhere in Saginaw just waiting for the 26th, I guess!!! Can I get some kind of reimbursement for that extra money I paid?????? Can't they update me out of some consideration????

Won’t ship with usps again. They lost an expensive item that was being returned, huge box made no sense and nothing but “sorry for your loss” follow up. Unacceptable. I have been trying to get my refund for months. Just lost my trust

I brought 4 packages on Friday December 20 at about 8:30pm. All went to places back east and Midwest from Alaska. Told they’d get there Tuesday or Thursday but each got there Monday December 23rd. Very impressive

Tracking should be more detailed - not on transit to another facility, this tells me nothing

U charge a person for two day delivery and it takes 4 days and still no package??? WTH!!!!!! And u send it around the world !!!! SMH

My package left the facility at 6:55am this morning to be delivered, and again It has not arrived. The postal service STINKS. Package was sent out from CA Thursday and now for TWO DAYS THE SYSTEM HAS SAID OUT FOR DELIVERY. We should be ashamed of ourselves with the system we have. I rate the Postal Service -MINUS

If the item is lost during changing of locations there should be a link for contacting that location

So far it sucks.... delivery scheduled for Last monday, still not recieved, & aparently you dont know where it is, I can't even get into you site.... not happy right now

Daughter mailed a package to me on 12-17-19, NY to CA, today is Christmas & still didn’t get it.

The on line tracking showed my package was delivered but it did not say what address it was delivered to! Who knows who got the package?
