This package I mailed seems to be taking an extremely long time to get to Hawaii. Why was the package in San Francisco so long? Terrible service! The package didn’t make it in time for Christmas! Mailed on the 7th of December!

Sent my granddaughter her Christmas gift through USPS and they still haven’t received their gifts yet. I was told the 24th it didn’t arrive and I can’t even find the package. Not happy at all!

Package was to arrive on Dec 24 by 8pm. Still not there and tracking shows it took 3 days to go from Pittsburgh PA to Detroit Michigan. Makes no sense, should have got to Grand Rapids Michigan by now. No very happy customer right now. Next time I'm going back to UPS. Ugh!!!

VERY disappointed in your tracking system. Package mailed on 12/16, promised delivery 12/21. By 12/25 still not delivered & there is NO TRACKING data on the tracking site, no history, nothing. It was there for a couple days then disappeared. Tracking #: 9534 6105 9799 9350 3593 88
