Mailed package in plenty of time for Christmas. Supposed to be delivered on the 21st. Now it's nowhere to be found. Still in Maine for some strange reason. Was going to Florida...

Wonderful-always on time

Placed an order on the 4th of December it's now Christmas still no package it's funny I can leave from where I live and be where the package was mailed from in 8 hours this is ridiculous

Mailed priority mail usps on 17th to arrive on 20th,pd 65.00 and haven't had a update since the 18th. Very bad job and i have no idea where the presents for my 88 yr old gr ma are. WOW, never again ,its UPS next year. I would rate there service as a big 0 if possible.

Package not delivered on time

Paid $50 to have package DELIVERED BEFORE Christmas, arrived in Phoenix on 23rd, sent to glendale po?? Then back to phoenix AGAIN. WAS NOT DELIVERED until AFTER Christmas. Why was package being bounced back and forth instead of being delivered on time? Ruined Christmas for grandkids. Will not be using PO for packages ever again. Money was stolen last time from granddaughters birthday gift, resealed and delivered. Disgraceful.

A package left Spooner WI in route to northern Minn on 12/11/19. It went from Spooner to Eau Claire, WI and then to Des Moines, Iowa, to Billings, Mont. And arrived in Denver, Co.on 12/20/19. It sat in Denver until 12/23/19 and is in route to the "final destination". Should I be happy?

Again terrible service. Package was sent a week ago sent to 2 different facilities, and pkg STILL HAS NOT BEEN RECEIVED BY PERSON. IT WAS SENT FROM CA to RI.

Tracking awful. It’s Christmas Day and my daughters gift has been in NYC since the 20th!?!?!

Great service...late as usual!!! Pay extra to get package there on time and it still hasn't been delivered. Tracking info is useless, never updated on a timely basis.

terrible had a package sitting in the coplay post office since 12/20 and nothing delivered by 12/24 even after it was promised to arrive on 12/24. there was no update recorded since 12/20 either. nice way to handle peoples important mail - incompetence at its best.

This is ridiculous!! I paid for 2 day and package hasn't even left the State, per tracking number. This isn't the first time this has happened. If you can't guarantee what I paid for, you shouldn't be charging for it!!!!!! The Clerk#9, was very polite !!!

Bad service for a lot of money only to be disappointed...will never ship priority USPS again...package was to arrive on Friday dec 20.... Five days passed schedule and they still do not have the package! :(

Where’s my shipment? Tracking shows it never left Colorado! Was suppose to arrive 12/23 to Summerville, SC? Mailed two boxes to same address at the same time. One arrived! You better find my shipment!

Your the US postal service! Able to deliver any 1st class, priority mail-ANY MAIL ON TIME! I paid for 2 day service on 12/19th & my daughter didn't get her Xmas parcel even though your carrier was right at her address on 12/21st. Your lazy, unmotivated postal person documented that they ATTEMPTED! to get into her gated complex. It's the US mail, they have access in order to DELIVER mail!!!!! I expect a refund since my daughter didn't get the effort I paid for!
