didnt arrive by xmas and paid to get the day before. trump needs to fix this too

Mail delivery every day to an apartment, but not accessible the day a gift needed to be delivered? So negatively reliable.

Very dissappointed as I paid for priority mail with a delivery date of 12/24/2019 and it was not delivered today.

Mailed a package December 13th from Oshkosh was told it would arrive at its destination on the 20th, great in time for Christmas, its the 23rd and the package still hasn't arrived. Very disappointed.

Sad second year in row i sent package before xmas paid 50 bucks intstead if 20 something so get there on time and sure didnt said 1 to 2 day shipping next year will go thru ups or fed ex

Ship 2 packages for Christmas on the 16th was suppose to make it before Christmas .deliverer date was suppose to be by the 20th well one package made it but the main package which was grandkids Christmas hasn't made it yet .not very happy will be using someone else next year

This is Christmas eve and my package was not delivered in time for my children, grandchildren and great grandchildren to be opened as a family. I paid a lot of money to have it delivered in time when the family met together. It was to be there on Saturday. I'm a senior on a limited income. To pay extra and then not come through.

I was told package will be delivered on Monday here it is Wednesday it hasn't reached its destination as of yet paid over $40

Worst Carrier. According to tracking system My package sat in Denver distribution center for 4 days so it did not make it for Christmas. Thank you USPS. Next time UPS.

Got 1 of 2 exact same orders should have updates by text from usps and no updates and missing 1 of 2 orders from china usps very vague on delivery

We paid $25.00 for next delivery on Saturday. And the mail did not get delivered until Tuesday. I believe that we deserve a refund.
