I payed for two days shipping on a Thursday and now it's Tuesday still no delivery. Someone owes me a refund.

Sent an envelope with gift cards to my granddaughter from Nevada to Arizona (an adjacent state) via Priority Mail. Stated delivery date was to be December 23. As of Christmas Eve evening, the tracking system says it is in a small town in New York! Something similar happened 3 years ago and I vowed I would never use USPS again. This year I decided to try one more time. I can’t even speak to a live person to find out what’s happening.

I spent $120 on the 17th at 8 in the morning to get my mail there by Monday the 23rd and I don't even think it's left the warehouse yet very disappointed just like my niece is going to be thank you Merry Christmas

I shipped 5 packages over a week ago and only 1 was tracked properly, 1 was completely lost and they were all late. I understand their first stop went to Maine, instead of WRJ, VT which wasn’t correct either. So sadly, my family doesn’t have their gift and my customers packages arrived late. Very disappointing and frustrating.

They lost a box mind you for Christmas a very large box. Sent it priority mail spent over $30.00 not received for Xmas. The customer service in Consumer Affairs are not any help. Their attitude is" oh well". I have a tracking and case number. The hold time is over the top and you still don't receive any help from them. I try not to give them a bad rating when family members and friends work there. Don't waste your time calling 713 226-3442 this is to Consumer Affairs. They need an entirely new staff w/capabilities
