I'm very upset because my priority package that I mailed on the 17th of this month still hasn't been delivered to my grandson. The reason I chose priority was because I baked a lot of cookies & sent pepperoni balls thinking they'll still be fresh because he was supposed to get the package by Friday the 20th . And I paid $36 to ship it & he still hasn't received it! When he does if he does everything will be stale! Plus I sent $150 in checks!

Mail carrier is constantly delivering our mail to neighbors all the way down our road. Doesn't deliver packages because she's too lazy to put them in the porch.

I paid for expedited shipping. Still has not arrived. Already 4 days late. No delivery in sight.

Tracking on this package was not at all helpful only told me the package left original shipping facility and latest update was 5 days old. Very disappointed!

We ordered a gift for our grandson and the gift show’s it’s been in China for 4weeks this is unexplainable and poor service

I purchased certified and I was told it would be delivered on the 20th. It is now the 24th and it still has not been delivered. Why pay the extra postage if it is just going to get there the same amount of time as regular mail.

Sent from like an hour from LA, 3 days to get across town and 11 days stuck in LA for 'customs' and the last update 'date' was 5 days ago... supposedly due in 5-10 business days but it's been 13 so far and it's still not listed as being en route to Australia?! Bit of a fail USPS!

This is a review for tracking packages on the website. I can barely navigate through the ads! Had to scroll way down to see my order shipped from China and then has other dates listed with no comments. I'm sticking with FedEx whenever possible.

Horrible service. Mailed a package on 11th of Dec. It's a priority shipment and should have been delivered by now. But the tracking record shows it just departed Chicago distribution center. Keeping my fingers crossed

This is terrible. My package has been going from Cincinnati to Pittsburgh 4 times. The destination is Middletown Ohio.

I received my package today, which was earlier than I had expected. Unfortunately, 90% of the items that I had packed weren't there. And to add insult to injury, there was an Amazon package for a neighbor to streets away and part of an Amazon package for someone that I have no idea who is. Having grown up with a parent who was a letter carrier for over 30 years, I have always thought and experienced a great sense of customer service by the USPS. How a package could get from the middle of Iowa, to Des Moines and then straight to San Francisco and lose 90% of its items mystifies me. Unfortunately I didn't get the insurance, because I trusted the USPS. I truly hope that the person that had to break into my box enjoys the Christmas ornaments, cook pan and cooking utensils.
