I wish they would actually deliver packages to my door instead of taking the lazy way out and leaving at the property office. Two days in a row I was home waiting, sick, but they failed to deliver to my door.

Doesn't recognize my tracking number

I've been waiting on a package that was mailed on December 6th from Alabama. Still hasn't arrived. Tracking says its moving all over the place. Not happy!

For the last 3 years mail is frequently missing or delivered to wrong mail box. I also receive other people’s mail often. Sometimes missing mail and packages are delivered months later but usually they just never show up. In all cases the mailman has marked the mail as delivered. I (and many of my neighbors) and continuously reported the missing mail and complained but nothing is ever done about it. We still have the same mail carrier as well.

Second time I tried to send a package to the same address. The first time package was dropped off at the wrong apt.This time it's running late.Im wondering if it will ever get there to Fl. Sent 3 boxes same day 1 to OR 1 to NC and 1 to FL. OR and NC was delivered Fl not yet.

Worst service and customer serve I have ever seen. Gov employees that feel entitlement. Never use them again

package a week late. no one knows anything. Ineptness flourishes in gov't as usual.

Service is ridiculously slow. Might as well be living in a third world country. They give you an expected delivery date and then keep changing it to accommodate the postal service. Easy to understand why they're broke and continuously raise the price of postage.

The new north end station in Burlington is great. Always friendly and helpful

Loved this tracking system! The only thing tat would make it better is to have the tracking number larger and not legible. Got out my magnifying glass lol!!!

My post office in Springdale Utah is the best ever. Ggreat service, friendly, professional staff

Lost package. Fruit has been carried all over NC and traveling for 11 days. It will be rotten by the time it's delivered

I alway support the USPO. That said the package took a bit longer than told. 2day is now 3 BUT I don’t know what receiving and post office is like. This is a smaller town so it may not have gotten delivered directly to the house. Therefore still indicates not delivered or out on delivery?

Always reliable. Help when things go wrong. Two lost packages that My child didn’t pick up in time recovered.
