Aweful,postal worker said pkg.would deliver Friday and it's been 7 days,the tracking does not tell me where the pkg.is $33 ,I should have used UPS instead!!!!

USPS is terrible 7 days from B-ham to Montana and so far still don't know when pkg.will deliver or Where the pkg.is. $33 shipping?

5 days into the 3 day Priority Shipping and my package is nowhere to be found. I only get ‘in transit’ messages.

My 2-3 day priority package spends nearly 4 days in Michigan when the package needs to be delivered to Florida. Ridiculous. Does anyone care?

My package has not moved or been scanned in 48 hours. It is sitting in Jacksonville FL. What a joke. Next time I'll use UPS.

I have used USPS many times. The package always arrives at the expected date and has never been damaged.

I haven't received my mail and my tracking said delivered on the December 19 2019

Paid $20 for 2-3 day delivery. Should have been here yesterday. Package arrived in NY around midnight Friday morning and 29 hours later it is still sitting there! I am irate! I spent the money to guarantee the delivery and was robbed. How can you charge someone $20 to send an envelope with in 2-3 business days then simply not provide the service then refuse to refund any portion of the fee?!

I have a VR headset from my grandma and this thing helped me know when it’s coming so I don’t get my hopes up on 1 day for nothing it works nice

Failed to deliver as promised or they can't even find the tracking number.

What use is it to pay for priority shipping and be told it will arrive on a certain date only to find that they either can't find the tracking number or it hasn't arrived as promised?

Your tracking system is the worst I've ever dealt with! But what can any of us expect from a government agency. I sure will use the private sector in the future.
