I am amazed with how fast and accurate the post office is, particularly this time of year.

Very friendly and knowlagable

I opted to get texts. One text said it would be delivered 12/19. Today is the 20th and the only info I can get from the tracking website or texts is that the package has been moved to the next facility. I have no info on where that is or when my Christmas package will be delivered. All I know is it was supposed to be delivered yesterday!

It is so easy to use this tracking app. I have been doing business with the Post Office for years. Whether it be for stamps, or mailing a package. The employees are always courteous and friendly, very eager to help in any way they can. Thanks again. A very Satisfied Customer.

My package was supposed to arrive yesterday now I’m finding out it just left Queens NY!!!!

It took 2 weeks for a priority2 day mail package to go from Scottsville, Ky to Utica, Ky. For 7.35....nobody could find it for 12 days.

Once again my 3 day delivery is at 5 days and no idea where it is. I will find another way to ship packages; even with the holidays this is ridiculous. Funny how the address out west sent my package and it was delivered in 3 days.

Paid for priority delivery and still NOT delivered 4 days later! Pissed off!

Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Typed in my tracking number, it it says they have no info on it. The package was sent 5 days ago. The slip came yesterday, still no information about it. And Boone ever picks up at our local postal office.

Pkg shipped to Elk Grove IL four days today and no tracking note since then. Pkg has not been received.

Told us this birthday gift would be there on time or before. Obviously stage coach would have been quicker. Only moved 300 miles in 3 days

Package was transferred 5 times on way to Chicago from Wichita, left Chicago for England on the 16th of Dec. No tracking since then, have no idea where it is now. Last time I use USPS for overseas shipments. Don't have this issue with UPS or Fedex.
