USPS reviews

I have had a parcel sitting in LA for two weeks and not shipped out. It is an important Christmas gift.

Every package that has gone through the either the Columbus or cincinatti hub has been delayed or lost. Not impressed with them at all. Was supposed to receive package by yesterday and they cannot find it to deliver

USPS have no record of package being delivered ,only started it in Memphis, Tn. Sent on Friday 13, 19 from CA. I was told that the package will be delivered on Monday 12-16-19 today is the 12-19-19 NO PACKAGE

I mailed 2 packages at the same time, to the same place why weren’t they delivered together? One arrived the other is still in transit!

What else can I say but: lousy service, lousy tracking, and inept home delivery.

I'm really upset USPS I mailed so package to my brother in Arkansas. They told me it would arrive on Saturday the 14 it still hasn't arrived it went to Chicago and now on its way to him very disappointed

My package is zig zaging around. Started out 6 hrs away from me now it's 12 hrs away and your tracking service doesn't give an estimated delivery date. Would be nice to know if it will make it here for Christmas.

The Bath, ME post office is very efficient and Mike is so helpful and he has the greatest customer service skills by far. He always goes the extra mile to offer advice on getting my mail out the best way and fastest. I enjoy using that post office!

Aside from mail not getting delivered because the carrier just decided to stop, packages never get updated through tracking. I guess scanning the packages in is a thing of the past. I only get when the item has left the location it was coming from and then a date for delivery which is never correct. My item was to be delivered yesterday, guess I’ll just wait for the USPS to decide they want to deliver on time or at all for that matter..

USPS can't handle holidays. Two priority packages very late. You can do better

Mailed sat Dec 14, tracking showed missent wasillaak, then out of Anchorage Alaska on Sunday evening 12-15. No further tracking location info available. No very informative

Mailed package on 12-09-2019. No update on my package since 12-12-2019. Was suppose to be delivered 12-16- 2019. It can't be at the same place for 6 days. Where is my package?

Love service we're on time during holiday season

Could not track the package once it left the country. Frustrating.
