My last pkge to England took 3 weeks, went to Chicago to London back to Chicago back to London, no explanation why. Package finally delivered but investigation I started after many phone calls "never found pkge". This new pkge took 6 days to get from milw to Chicago, who knows when it will ever get to destination in England! I will never ship internationally through USPS again! Plus tracking the package is difficult, needed to try several sites before getting clear information.

Ordered a couch cover through an online store on instagram, it's been 3 weeks and the tracking only indicates that it went through a shipping facility in Shanghai, China, at that time. No new information since.

If I lose another package through the post office. I am done

Horrible! Simple address for 25 years and driver can't get a package to the correct mailbox!

I sent out a package on The 11 of December. It went to Jacksonville Florida from Milton Florida where I live. Its been in Jacksonville for 5 days now. It was going to Maryland. The post office said it would be three in 5 days. I'm not happy at all.

I have been waiting on my order every since November and have not received any thing..keep saying in transit.can someone please find my package

Easy to understand

I sent a box to my grandson Wednsday 12/11/2019 @ 1:40 PM to be delivered from Snyder, TX. to Bozeman, MT. Arrival date was for Monday 12/16/2019. Today is Tuesday 12/17/19 & he still haven't received the box. Poor shipping.

We paid for 2 -day delivery but it didn't arrive.

Had package ship from Paterson nj it arrived in at distribution center on dec 11 which was told it would be herr on dec 11 being THE holidays i. Gave a few extra days which they said no later than dec 14 which its the 17th and no one could tell me where my package was Ms Davis at one facility said my package hadn't even made it by the 17th REALLY rude i was on the phone from 11oclock am until after 5 the communication is very poor i will be asking for all recordings because i was racially profiled intimidating my character.

Package location is a mystery? Delivery day 20! Should of arrived 9 days ago!
