Very disappointed when I checked tonight to see it was not delivered as I was told it would be . And for what it cost . I will not be using this service again.

Horrible I have signs posted all around the front of my house to leave all packages on side porch since we have porch pirates around.. my wonderful delivery guy left it out front.. now my package is not there soon my arrival from work even though tracking says delivered..

Distribution center in Denver is idiots, they sent the package back to Wyoming instead of Ohio.

Usually good about delivering on time but today I was to get a package, nothing as of 6:30p.m. but tracking said it was delivered! Not impressed today, hoping for the package tomorrow!

Why would a package be sent from Denver to Des Moines and back to Denver that is destined for Western Nebraska??
