A critical packet of home closing documents were to have been deliver 320 milea away. Mailed 12th to be there 14th..its 17th and all I get is in transit???? What good does that do,none. I want every dime back and will raise hell is this ruins my closing for my home. Done with USPS..and you raised your rates and do worse service???

3 days late on delivery

I am requesting a refund my package has not been delivered as promised.

I will be requesting a refund my package has not been delivered as promised as I can not even track the package to see when it will be deliver. I paid for a two day service and I should be able to see where my package is I understand that it's a busy time of the year but I still should have better service. I expect a full refund.

They say attempted delivery, there has been no mail truck on our street.

Never do I get my packages on time when it’s over I’ll be good now I was supposed to receive these on the 16th and I’m getting them on the 18th

Keep checking tracking and it states my package is moving through the system. I signed up for updates and haven't received any. Tracking shows no update for the last four days, apparently it isn't moving at all. This was mailed to arrive well before Christmas now I don't know if it will get there at all.

Very poor service. Anytime I order a package it is never here when it is suppose to be. Then when you talk to them they have no clue where it is and it's always a "we don't know what happened." So sick of it!

Only had a short wait to mail packages. Employee was very friendly and efficient.

I was dreading going to the post office yesterday.. just thinking about how busy, long lines, grumpy ppl. Well, there were only 4 ppl in front of me. The female employee was wonderful, guiding me on what way my package would get to Garner, NC, from St. Clairsville, Ohio. She smiled through the entire transaction!! Wish I could recall her name...but I'll be going back with package #2 tomorrow.. hope she's working!!

I never received my package, said it was delivered but no package in the mail box... where is my box???

For three years in a row now I pay for 2-day shipping and package takes 5 days. Also, this year one package that was delivered USPS came smashed beyond belief. I couldn't believe they even had the nerve to deliver it! I will not use you again, ever.
