USPS reviews

The service is horrible since they took our regular Cartier off the route. Now we have whatever temp or sub they have available. I have to track my mail through the informed delivery because items are constantly misdelivered. I have complained to the postmaster and consumer affairs but no one cares. If I could rate 0 stars I would.

I was so worried my grandson and his troop in Iraq would not get my packages. Not only did he get my packages, he got them in time for Xmas. Thank you so much for making us both happy.

Send domestic package was open and damage at arrival. Nothing missing. Was cookies but ruined. Called claim department never got an answer.

STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED

Terrible service sometimes you receive your package, other times they don't show and accuse you of not being there.

9361289676091016361916 My order should have been here by now. I ordered next day delivery on 12/11 arrived in Newark. It is now Friday 12/13 at 8:49 pm and still not here!!!! I am very upset I had gifts to make with the marshmallows and sugar. My mom has allergies and has run out of her allergy medicine.
