I decided to trust USPS with a package and they have lost it. I called USPS and was told they would look into it and would get back to me w/in three days; it’s been five days and have never heard from anyone. The costumer service person I spoke with was very helpful on the phone only for me to give him high ratings - right now - my rating for USPS is a minus - never again will I use their service .

Tracking review is worthless! Package in transit no ETA no nothing in 5 days. In today’s technology environment this is pathetic.

Price to ship package was good but have no idea when it's arriving at destination. I was told it would arrive by 2 day shipping. 4 days later, packy still not arrived. Tracking system is a joke. It's never current. Only updates I get is first destination & then told it would be arriving late but have no idea when.

My package has been a huge shipment of confusion! I went thru the other guys n my package was delivered the next day, so they say! I never received it! I ordered another one n I was told that it got delivered to another address, in another state! So please forgive me for my doubt! I really hope I get it this time! By Wednesday! Cross you're finge re s for your boy!

Certified mail from port st lucie to flora illinois. It was mailed on the 22 of Nov. Have not received it as of today

USPS is the absolute worst shipping option available. On average it takes a week to get my packages from them because the post office closes at 5pm and they absolutely refuse to leave my mail in my mailbox/mailroom like any other postal service. I'd give 0 stars if I could.
