I paid for 2 day delivery and it takes 4 days

How am I supposed to get my package if the driver doesn't ring my DOORBELL

My certified registered mail was sent out on 12/4/19. Was to get to its destination on 12/09/19. I paid additional money for this service. However as of today on 12/12/19 it still haven't been delivered. I have spoken to several people about this matter file and now have 2 case numbers. I e been given a name of a person to call on Friday 12/13/19. At this I just want my envelope returned to me. I'm not please with service which I paid additional money so that my mail to get to its destination which it have not.

Has lost my 3rd coin. How funny is it that they seem to loose only my coins. Thieves I tell you.

Wonder why they don't update tracking. I mean why have it if it isn't updated ??

Awful, never again. I sent by priority mail and according to the tracking data it's still sitting in the US.instead of going to Dubai

Sent a letter certified mail to be delivered Monday December 9 and was finally delivered Thurs Dec 12. Unacceptable!

Very happy that my package was delivered as promised.

Wish the tracking information wasn't available last minute (as in the day before it gets delivered)

They keep delivering my packages to the wrong address. Now I have to request that the seller use UPS or FEDEX

I have no idea of where the package is at! All I see is processed in China!!!!

Terrible customer service, no matter how much you pay delivery us always late. Then they say shipping isn't guaranteed. Packages always arrive smashed or broken. I wish they would pay more attention to packages and customers, if we don't buy online for them to deliver they wouldn't have jobs.

My husband and I are so grateful for the excellence we experience, consistently, at the Castleton branch. They go out of their way to provide information, any helps that you might need, and always check to see if you need stamps, etc. it is a joy to visit this branch and we want to say thank you for all that you do to help us. When I pay for priority 2 days USPS delay more than one week

U need to update w detailed progress every 4 hours. That's it.
