My certified registered mail was sent out on 12/4/19. Was to get to its destination on 12/09/19. I paid additional money for this service. However as of today on 12/12/19 it still haven't been delivered. I have spoken to several people about this matter file and now have 2 case numbers. I e been given a name of a person to call on Friday 12/13/19. At this I just want my envelope returned to me. I'm not please with service which I paid additional money so that my mail to get to its destination which it have not.

Awful, never again. I sent by priority mail and according to the tracking data it's still sitting in the US.instead of going to Dubai

Sent a letter certified mail to be delivered Monday December 9 and was finally delivered Thurs Dec 12. Unacceptable!

They keep delivering my packages to the wrong address. Now I have to request that the seller use UPS or FEDEX

Terrible customer service, no matter how much you pay delivery us always late. Then they say shipping isn't guaranteed. Packages always arrive smashed or broken. I wish they would pay more attention to packages and customers, if we don't buy online for them to deliver they wouldn't have jobs.
