My package sat in your Memphis Distribution Center for 5 days very unsatisfied

Mailed a priority pkg 11/ 7 /19got lost Still has not arrived as of 12/14/19. This is the fourth pkg they have lost I will now ship ups. I wanted my 14.95 back and as usual you have to jump online hoops I’ve never seen a refund yet!!!

Great, reliable service

When I send a cert letter on the 5th, delivery was to be the 9th, today is the 14th and it is still not delivered, when I send a 2 day envelope and it takes 2 weeks to get to the right person, when a property tax bill is sent to me and 3 mo later I still have not received it. What rating do you expect. I give you a 1 at best

Lost several of my packages this year

LW202084057CN I order this on the 20th of November, I realize it came from CHINA now. Did not know that at the time. It is Sitting in LA. Please ship it. I did not request a them to hold it. I know you are super busy. I appreciate you all! Thank you Jane Mock

I was able to change my address on the website. I love that I didn't have to go to the post office in the middle of moving. Of course I love out post office. Im an American and love my country!!!!

My street number is 1101. For 15 years the carriers have been delivering mail addressed to 1011 to me. I am missing items they say they delivered. They may have but they didn't deliver them to me. Today the carrier delivered a package valued at approximately $80 plus postage and addressed to 1101 to 1011. For the first time the person at that address brought me my package. THIS HAS GOT TO STOP!

I’ve been waiting in line for 2 hours . I had to use the bathroom and I’ve been told that it’s only for employments. It was a terrible experience. Old people that are waiting in line. The place is not organized and boxes/ labels are missing. Only 2 ladies served the costumers. This office address: 1800 E Holandale Beach BLVD Holandale Beach FL. 33009 The date of my visit 12/14/19

Delivered my package to the wrong township, then closed and didn’t even let me know through tracking cuz it lags, until after they were closed I was promised my package today...

My package took 2 days to get from New York to ft worth. I live 65 miles from ft worth and my package has been in ‘transit’ for 10 days now. No wonder no one wants to send things by usps.

Pay for two day delivery and still don’t have 5 days later
