  • Envelope looked like it was run over by hand cart. Dirty grease or dirt Mark's. Notes on tracking tag it was received with no contents! Envelope INTENTIONALLY split open. Split right along crease where packaging tape did not appear to be placed. Packing tape wrapped all around top rim of envelope. Contents had to be removed intentionally by way envelope was opened.

  • I was told the package would arrive in 3 days. It has now been 4 days. I paid extra for a 3 day delivery. I tried tracking and they can not track it. I tripled checked the number and it has been entered correctly.

  • You should learn from UPS how to track an item. I have YET TO BE ABLE TO TRACK ANYTHING THROUGH YOUR SYSTEM. IT IS WORTHLESS. I may get that it started its journey but I only get that IF I'M LUCKY! YOUR TRACKING DOES NOT DESERVE EVEN A VERY LOW RATING. MY RATING IS ----- A NEGATIVE 10. WASTE OF TIME AND RESOURCES. Might as well do away with it. FedEx or UPS from here on out!!!

  • If I could give zero stars, I would. I dropped off a letter and paid the priority international rate (delivery in 6-10 business days), and it has been already 13 business days and you know where it is???? Effing Chicago!!!! A 1-2 day trip has taken almost 3 weeks!!! Are you kidding me?!? How long to New York, forget getting across the Atlantic! I usually defend the USPS, but this is bat $#!+ crazy...

  • This is yet another time of sending out a package for 2-day delivery & after 4 days it's still not delivered. Priority Mail doesn't mean anything anymore!
