Got a message today that my package was delivered 3 days ago. However, we did not receive it! Also, just got the email notification on Friday after post office was closed ☹️ Not happy with the new carrier!!! Where is my package? The day it was supposed to be delivered it was raining as well!!!

Always late! And you charged me $ 7.35 What a joke!

I waited on the phone for 50 minutes to speak to a representative. I was finally connected to customer service and the woman was extremely rude and provided no further assistance. In addition, my package was scheduled for delivery and their solution is to tell me that delivery is not guaranteed and it will most likely be delivered in a few days. I cannot believe how unhelpful and impolite their support staff is.

Delivered a day early!!

Going to the post office is never fun but considering it is two weeks before Christmas it was relatively easy. They didn't have Christmas stamps.

This post office manager or owner at the KGB post office is the rudest person on the planet. 1. If you don't like people or the job get a different one. You don't need to snap at people to get your words across I would give this a minus 5 if I could. Than you have the amex at least there nice may not know what they are doing but nice all in all. I get packages from ups and FedEx no problems comes to my door. Do I get them from United states post office well I'm in the usa i should i pay the same as everyone else live 5 miles out of town not in the boonies or on some island. I can pay extra for a box down the road but still have to drive to get any packages. Its stupid. Alot of business will not deliver to po box so you have to look for your stuff all the time put in a forwarding address to my post office and still have to drive to the annex and pick up my stuff. Good thing I have a drivers license and a vehicle. It's been a huge problem out here for years and nothing has ever been done. It's time to get with it and do your job. I don't get how 1 man can get me ny packages and even when he is on a vacation the lady that fills in for him is awesome oh I'm talking about UPS. I also don't know why you have these rate the usps because nothing will ever be done. If you get complaints about someone you should be doing something about it. Like sending in some ppl with mic cameras and seeing for your self how they are treating other. The last I heard the post office was not making enough money well fix your problems maybe you would get more satisfied customers. The ppl in town at the main post office are so nice have not had anyone rude they explain things with out an attitude they are definitely not rude that I have seen. I hope your reading these.

I cannot say enough good and professional comments about the Encinitas Post Office. I could go 3 blocks to the Leucadia one but instead I drive to the one on Garden View. The supervisor and the rest of the team actually make you feel that you matter. I applaud you all for upholding a time honored tradition of delivering mail. I want you to know your efforts do not go unnoticed and I know you serve us with pride. Thank you and peace in the new year.

Tracking good in USA Useless in Australia!!!

This little post office is amazing. Even just days before Christmas I had no wait at all. The clerk was so cheerful and helpful. The location serves a very heavily populated area and does need to be enlarged and updated. But overall I had a great experience.

Never had an issue.
