They should get NO star. You can’t tell the route your package is on nor does it tell you the arrival date/time! And paying for insurance is a rip off!

We mailed a priority package to England on dec 2 from Las Vegas. As of dec 12 it was still in Los Angeles. We paid a lot of money for it to get their early. Probably won’t even get there before the holidays now. It is very disappointing to say the least.

Said it attempted to deliver i was home no came. Dont know where it is now. Have not been notified

I am very disappointed in the my postal experience. I sent a package from Seattle to Georgia on 11/18/2019 with very special items from my travels expecting to be received in whole. I gave USPS faith that a rather common mailing procedure going on a national routine wouldn’t need the expense of insurance but I was obviously wrong. According to the recipient of the package the box was crushed and obviously “taped back together” and also missing about 1/3 of the items originally sent in the package. I find it very upsetting that a simple package approved to be mailed by my local post office could have such issues to arrive intact at its intended destination, especially since it’s traveling within the same country. I would very much like a response to this issue. My email is [email protected] I will definitely think twice before I use USPS again.

How am I supposed to get my package if the driver doesn't ring my DOORBELL

My certified registered mail was sent out on 12/4/19. Was to get to its destination on 12/09/19. I paid additional money for this service. However as of today on 12/12/19 it still haven't been delivered. I have spoken to several people about this matter file and now have 2 case numbers. I e been given a name of a person to call on Friday 12/13/19. At this I just want my envelope returned to me. I'm not please with service which I paid additional money so that my mail to get to its destination which it have not.

Has lost my 3rd coin. How funny is it that they seem to loose only my coins. Thieves I tell you.

Wonder why they don't update tracking. I mean why have it if it isn't updated ??

Awful, never again. I sent by priority mail and according to the tracking data it's still sitting in the US.instead of going to Dubai

Sent a letter certified mail to be delivered Monday December 9 and was finally delivered Thurs Dec 12. Unacceptable!

Very happy that my package was delivered as promised.
