You should learn from UPS how to track an item. I have YET TO BE ABLE TO TRACK ANYTHING THROUGH YOUR SYSTEM. IT IS WORTHLESS. I may get that it started its journey but I only get that IF I'M LUCKY! YOUR TRACKING DOES NOT DESERVE EVEN A VERY LOW RATING. MY RATING IS ----- A NEGATIVE 10. WASTE OF TIME AND RESOURCES. Might as well do away with it. FedEx or UPS from here on out!!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I dropped off a letter and paid the priority international rate (delivery in 6-10 business days), and it has been already 13 business days and you know where it is???? Effing Chicago!!!! A 1-2 day trip has taken almost 3 weeks!!! Are you kidding me?!? How long to New York, forget getting across the Atlantic! I usually defend the USPS, but this is bat $#!+ crazy...

This is yet another time of sending out a package for 2-day delivery & after 4 days it's still not delivered. Priority Mail doesn't mean anything anymore!
