Terrible customer service, no matter how much you pay delivery us always late. Then they say shipping isn't guaranteed. Packages always arrive smashed or broken. I wish they would pay more attention to packages and customers, if we don't buy online for them to deliver they wouldn't have jobs.

Envelope looked like it was run over by hand cart. Dirty grease or dirt Mark's. Notes on tracking tag it was received with no contents! Envelope INTENTIONALLY split open. Split right along crease where packaging tape did not appear to be placed. Packing tape wrapped all around top rim of envelope. Contents had to be removed intentionally by way envelope was opened.

I was told the package would arrive in 3 days. It has now been 4 days. I paid extra for a 3 day delivery. I tried tracking and they can not track it. I tripled checked the number and it has been entered correctly.

Never knock my door and they just decided to put my mail in a locker , I was all morning waiting in my living room (literally) And I just wasted my time
