If possible I would rate a minus star. This package was sent on 12/4 & we still haven't received it. And the tracking report gives us no info at all except when it was mailed. My daughter now has to go to the post office where she mailed it & TRY to get info/update. No wonder people use Fed Ex & other companies!!!!

So you pay for something to get there in 2 and here we are on the 4th day and it’s still not there? I understand things happen but you should also refund the difference especially when it cost so much to ship.

Wouldnt rate you a 1 star if I didnt have too Your postal workers in Blountville are pathetic and lazy! She couldn't step out of her truck to walk maybe 2 steps to put my package in my mailbox bec it wasnt right there in her reach she sent my package back! Pathetic and sad and just plain ignorant

I was told my 2 boxes would be in Reno on Tuesday 12/10 it is Thursday 12/12 still has not arrived! I signed up for text updates and I haven’t received any in almost 2 days. Very unsatisfactory to me when I paid $86.00 to get them there

Hey seems like to me they’re very lazy they always put a package on my porch the next day afterwards do I get a letter in the mailbox saying the package was undeliverable I’m retired and home all day long so I don’t understand why they put that on my door about the next day they find my house

My mom sent out 2 packages same time to me and my brother one package came a week ago the other package is still being bounced around from Terre haute to Indianapolis to carbon and back around again and still has not been delivered and it's been a week after the first one has been delivered.

So bad they said they left your package inside it's a lie they don't bring nothing USPS is not good

Always pleased with the service I receive.

A number of medical packages (6) were not delivered to my residence the mail person always leaves a delivery slip but has never knocked on my door to complete delivery. This has cost me finances and wear and tear on my vehicle to pick up my medical packages. In addition, some of those medications were need at a particular time to sustain life. Thus I had to go the hospital to receive medications that should have already been delivered. Overall my mail person continues to make my life more stressful and in all reality I should be paid part of the mail persons salary for at least costing me money for a service in which I'm already paying for!

The woman that helped me ship my package was very friendly and helpful
