Very fast and friendly service

Always get excellent service from USPS.

I am very happy with the service at the Cleveland GA Post Office ... Always welcoming and move the lines as quick as possible.

I have lost two package one a while back and on today 12/11/19. To make thing worst there is no accountability for the lost I am responsible to keep contacting usps to try and find out what happen they do not care if thing make it or not and will do nothing about a lost item just say we delivered it. If I could give 0 stars I would but am forced to give one star at least very sad that such a big company cares nothing for the people that keep it in business. Not like we have much choice they are a monopoly with no other options.

Would give lower if possible as our delivery person Is either stealing our packages or just giving them away and the post mistress will not do anything about it. Last week another gone and the postmistress said it wasn't her fault because she had a friend helping her. Since when do you have nonpostal workers handling mail?

I think pony express was faster than they are today. Terrible!

Watching the tracking on a package going to Nashua nh. Was due there in 12/10 and was in the Nashua distribution center 12/8. They then shipped it to VT. Mail delivery is horrible.

Excellent service with friendly clerk, thinking that at the end of the day and during Christmas rush would be otherwise But everything went perfect with my package delivery.

Simply the best

My package from Canada was lost in June. Another one that is suppose to have been delivered yesterday or today t has not been delivered

Recently moved here and so far USPS has handled all of my needs!

I paid for 2nd day delivery on my package on Monday. My daughter still hasn't received it and it won't be delivered until tomorrow (Thursday)! Why should I pay for something I didn't get?! This is not the first time this has happened. Last year it took 3 weeks for he to receive a package and it wasn't even during a holiday. What gives??

Pretty much have always had a good experience.

UASPS never disappoints me. I send numerous packages to family and friends for Thanksgiving and Christmas and they arrive on time.

An item I ordered on dec 5th has been sitting in Orlando since the 6th... today is the 11th and it apparently is still sitting in Orlando.... very slow
