I mailed a small envelope on December 6th from Ketchikan Alaska to Seattle and it was estimated to arrive on the 10th It just left Anchorage today which is the 11th Poor service

Just checked tracking for a package I ordered on Nov.27 shipped the 28 th it is still sitting at the original post office in New Jersey. Not happy should have been at my door after 10 days guess Xmas for my special needs child is messed up now. Thanks usps for not doing your job right again.

Package not delivered was told customer requested it to be held and they never spoke to me and they won’t redeliver I have to track it down. Mail service is a joke

Yes to the destination Does not give enough details where the package is. It never gets to the destination on the date initially indicated. Initially it was to be received by the tenth. Now it says by the eleventh and indicates in transit but does not indicate where the package is. Whats the use of giving a tracking number!

The clerk that served me today, Michelle was very helpful and very nice to do my package mailing with. Very sweet person!

Slow as molasses

I was told my package would reach its destination by monday 12/09/19 and still my person has not received the package yet

Customer services is always great. Friendly staff and never have had issues with my delivery

Randleman NC office Lost package and then lied and said tracking number didn't match my address and deleted of computer so sad

Getting the mail on time even if weather is bad

Sent package to my sister in Minot North Dakota last Friday 12-6-19 was told it would be there on Monday 12-9-19 trying to track it and all it shows is when it arrived in Cheyenne Wyoming no other details called post office and all I get are excuses as to where or what has happened to my package I sent my sister is in a nursing home unable to do anything I'm sorry I am so upset about this and just tired of all the post offices lies to try and make there errors ok well it not ok

Horrible. Received a notice that delivery was attempted, but that was a lie. I was home all day, and no one attempted to deliver a package. Now, I have to go stand in line and pick up my package.

Pkg sent from MO to MO. Went from MO to MA, CT, KS & back to Mo. paid for 2 day shipping, received seven days later
