I only gave them a one star as I cannot make it where they owe me stars now I ordered a part from my fire department's emergency vehicle and was told by the Post Office when the warehouse shipped it that I would receive it in 2 to 4 business days this was on December 2nd of this year it left Kentucky December 3rd it arrived in Nashville Tennessee on December 4th it has sat in Nashville Tennessee since then and today on December 11th it left Nashville Tennessee and went to Knoxville Tennessee a spoke with my post lady which at the local Post Office was very helpful and was told that my package should arrive in 5 to 7 more business days now mind you I did pay an extra $84 some change to have it express mail which should have been a 2 day melling and then I get a phone call to day later to day telling me that my package has possibly been damaged hence why haven't received it yet I asked them what they were going to do to get it to me so I could see if it was damaged and they told me I would have to wait USPS sucks and from now on I will use UPS or fed ex

I have lost two package one a while back and on today 12/11/19. To make thing worst there is no accountability for the lost I am responsible to keep contacting usps to try and find out what happen they do not care if thing make it or not and will do nothing about a lost item just say we delivered it. If I could give 0 stars I would but am forced to give one star at least very sad that such a big company cares nothing for the people that keep it in business. Not like we have much choice they are a monopoly with no other options.

Would give lower if possible as our delivery person Is either stealing our packages or just giving them away and the post mistress will not do anything about it. Last week another gone and the postmistress said it wasn't her fault because she had a friend helping her. Since when do you have nonpostal workers handling mail?

Watching the tracking on a package going to Nashua nh. Was due there in 12/10 and was in the Nashua distribution center 12/8. They then shipped it to VT. Mail delivery is horrible.
