Paid for signature at delivery. They never get the signatures. Has happened numerous times. Don’t pay the money, they won’t get the signature anyway!!!

Mail carrier Denys delivering packages on two occasions when I have proof through tacking number. It is so hard to get any cooperation from the post office when trying to file a claim.

Always courteous and helpful. And cheerful.

the package was well packed in a heavy duty box but was badly broken. this package had to have been treated very roughly to be badly broken. do i have a recourse to at least get my postage costs back 15. 69. gone

Got this in the mail and I’m not even ordering them

I’m very sad of the services in the post office. My package had been sent out on the second of December and expected to delivery on the fifth. Up till today my family still haven’t received. And the tracking data still don’t know where that package will be. It’s a very very bad service

Package sent to me from OH priority mail was scheduled for delivery on Thursday Dec 5, 2019. It's now 08:22pm Monday Dec 9 and no package

I always included with my address the code number for the gate on the apt, but always the same thing, unable to delivery because couldn’t access the apt, that’s a joke, and they leave the paper sticked on the main gate, that never happens with the ups driver. Very unresponsive, so upsetting.

Not practical at all

My package was in my city for 4 days and when it was finally marked as "delivered" it was nowhere to be found. I've been home updating the status and consistently checking the mail, I can see if the truck comes from my living room window. Nobody came. So I guess I just paid for nothing? Why would they mark something as delivered that isn't?

Where is my package?

I sent a package out 2 day on December 4 and now it is December 9th and the package still isn't there. It really kind of sucked because the package was a surprise. Thanks USPS for ruining the surprise.
