My package should have been delivered on Saturday, while I was home waiting for it they send me a notification that they're sorry they missed me, I check my security cameras nobody even drove by, and after I called ( waited an hour on the phone to speak with somebody) and reschedule for Monday of course they didn't show up nor gave me a notice why they do not deliver on Monday, and now on Tuesday the item cannot be found. As long as USPS will be marriage as a government company things will not improve.

We sent some urgent documents it got stuck some where and there no tracking after that..it supposed yo reach destination in 3 to 4 business days otd been 15 days no clue where the package is..

The service is good but charges too high.

When r got package it was opened and empty

No record after December 5th of the movement of the item. Today is December 10 !!

I'm not happy about the service that was supposed to be a 2 day express delivery. I mailed the package out on the 3rd and was just informed that it wasn't delivered until yesterday the 9th. My fiance has been stuck in an airport for 2 days waiting on it so he can come home. I'm Not Happy At All!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered item Dec.6 it’s been sitting in Fremont CA. for 2 days, it’s not even left the facility Fremont is one hour from my home and they are telling me 4 more days.

Sent a package Priority mail on November 26,2019. This is December 9th. Package is still not there. Now I have been waiting on a call back from tracking, and still nothing, so much for customer service. My review would actually be 0 at this time.
