Don't like the new tracking system and the delivery drivers don't stop and wait for someone to answer the door . Plus I have a Ring doorbell never bother to press the button . Knock once and walked away zero stars . I know is the Holidays but people rely on packages to be delivered

I always give it an extra week from when they claim a package will arrive. Paid extra for expedited shipping, my package still isn’t arriving on time. Top that with rude employees. Probably time to switch to UPS.

Well I ordered a cute purse for a friend of mine was having it sent to her in Texas , ordered it from California, this was right before thanksgiving. It made it as,far as fort worth, TX. And no further. However the postal service has been working diligently to find it and get it to its final destination.

Incompetent. December 2018 they lost 2 certified letters containing legal time sensitive documents. USPS lost both and couldn’t find anywhere. Most disappointing was they had no answers for me. Needless to say recipients never received! Now it’s December 2019 and I looks like they lost another certified letter. Such Incompetence.

It has been 9 days since USPS received my package in Georgia! 9 days from Georgia to Pittsburgh, PA. Is ridiculous. Also no tracking info after confirming reception of the small package. This is not unusual for USPS. Sometimes I did not receive tracking info until after delivery.

Could not understand the postal employee. When asked him a question he mumbled something Had a real attitude towards the customers. Exceptionally obnoxious.

Paid for extra for package to be delivered on Saturday to Amarillo . Still have not received it today is Monday.

Package was paid for 3 Day delivery on 12/2. However, receipt showed expected delivery 12/5. It is now 12/8 and packaged has still not been delivered.
