Shipped package USPS Priority, 2-3 day shipping on December 2, it is December 9 and the package has not yet been delivered. Do I get a refund since the package was shipped regular shipping! And you wonder why your service requests are dwindling. We can't even get what we pay for now. Contract workers!

This package was sent 12/3 with a delivery date of 12/5. This is 12/9 and it has not yet delivered nor does tracking show where it is in the transport process. Very disappointed this time. Would like this package to be delivered before my 2 year old great grandson goes to the hospital again.

Mailed on 25 of nov...still sitting in seattle.. should have been delivered no later then dec 5th. Ridiculous!!!!! Dalton Georgia to Anchorage Alaska...

USPS is really failing. Saying unable to deliver or attempted delivery and not stopping, when Im home! Rescheduling confirmed with no stopping. Unable to find package whereabouts. UPS is far more reliable. I cringe every time I see a package arriving via USPS as I know my nightmare has begun yet again.

Paid a little extra to arrive Saturday and still hasn't reached its destination.

The employees in the East Texas PA post office are always incredibly polite, friendly, overly helpful and go out of their way to make my experience wonderful! I truly appreciate them every time I need to send, purchase anything.
