Super late to deliver my package I paid extra money for next day shipping and 3 days later still waiting

Great service all the time

Pkgs are either missing or left in someone elses box. Also receiving neighbors mail constantly. Everytime we get a new carrier which is every 6 months

Paid for 2 day delivery, took 5 days

Lost my package. Been floating around for days. Rediculous. SLC is the worst. USPS needs to rethink.the Pocatello.sorting

Clerk 21 has awful customer service.a home made card with a button, became a parcel and cost me $3.66 to mail. She did not explain or ask, or even look at. She just told me my total amount due.

I sent a package domestic due to the size of the box to my grandkids almost 2 weeks ago and packages has not arrived and the tracking information I get is the same from November 25 no updates no delivery .. this Is not the first time this happened last time after 2 weeks package was back delivered to me ....

Nothing positive to say about a Waterford lakes post office agency. Manager yeld at me in front of the Customers.

Good Customer service people working nice al relax, helping each customer. Even they have an old chair next to a desk to sit down and finished their packages. No complains. This is the only agency that provides good customer service Union Park Econlockhatchee Trl. They should have a passport service.

I submitted a card with tracking because of gift card inside and mailed it from main post office. Well it took 3 days to leave main post office and now it’s been a week and the gift is late.

They're slow, unreliable and take more holidays than any other business in the world. The Postal Service of today is pathetic compared to the standard on which it was founded.
