My package had been going back and forth between two cities for days. When I track it, I see two messages....BOTH are bogus! One says the tracking number doesn’t exist ( Tracking ID: 9400111699000162951868) and the other days it’s undeliverable due to incorrect address. The address on the order was correct! 9007 NE 74th St. Vancouver. WA. 98662. What can I do to get my package? I am laid up from surgery and I can’t run it down!!!!

The 2day priority mail was left on the side of the road Saturday. We found it Sunday. This is unacceptable. Package should have been left on the door steps at the front porch.

Why is it that when I check the tracking it's all over the place, like a ping pong ball! Can't tell where you're stuff is!!

I recently made an order and it was from Fresno which is about two hours south of Santa Cruz which is where I live for some reason USPS decided that they would take the package to Los Angeles which is about six hours south of Santa Cruz and now it is on its way back to Santa Cruz I should’ve had this package a week ago but instead they decided to send it on a road trip in the complete opposite direction of where it needed to go in fact it went about two hours further south than it would’ve taken to just bring it to my house which is north of where it was being shipped from not very happy about the service

United States postal service out performed every other delivery service I've ever used. Others are good at what they do .. but USPS cannot be beat.

My package was suppose to be here at 8 pm and it never arrived. Paid for p.m. I want my money back!!

I sent a certified letter in September 219 that was never delivered. After three visits to the post office and two phone calls to their 800 number I finally got a tracking notice that said they can’t find it. It’s best to use FedEx or UPS.
